Higher Hotel

My colleague and I found that the hotel was located in the walkable range to the historical area of Bundar Seri Begawan, which is great for us to walk and do sightseeing delightfully. Also, the hotel was surrounded by local restaurants and a coin laundry shop, good for us that need to do laundry on the trip. We also liked how it located close to main road and village area, so we could explore local shops too. It is needed to mention that staffs is polite, helpful, lively, and great in English communication.

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good

It is clean and nice. The bed was comfy

Clean room and I love the food. I arrived very late at night due to my flight and was able to relax well. Check in was very efficient. Thanks to the front desk guy whos also a Filipino.
